This web page represents our Water Taxi Transfer Service ("Agreement") regarding our company, located at 111 North Front Street Belize City, Belize; It was last posted on 13 September 2018. The terms, "we" and "our" as used in this Agreement refer to San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi Ltd.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Website. We may or may not post notices on the homepage of our Website when such changes occur.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials including without limitation, logos, brand names, images, designs, photographs, video clips and written and other materials that appear as part of our Website are copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property whether registered or unregistered ("Intellectual Property") owned, controlled or licensed by San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi Ltd. Our Website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress. Nothing on our Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Intellectual Property displayed or used on our Website, without the prior written permission of the Intellectual Property owner.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our Website or any Contracts or Services you purchase through it.
Tickets are limited as endorsed and are non-transferable. The unauthorized resale of SPBE tickets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. Tickets are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time for which purchased. SPBE is not responsible for lost, damage or stolen tickets.
Fares & Fees
Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time listed. Discount fares are subject to date, time and schedule restrictions. For non-refundable and advance purchase tickets, departure dates and times may be changed at 25% rescheduling fee. Request for exchanges must be made 48 hours prior to the original travel date; otherwise, the ticket will be null and void. Exchange of tickets must be processed at a terminal location. Web fares are subject to change. Peak and holiday travel blackouts may apply.
Important Information Regarding Print at Home Tickets
Print ticket(s) before arriving and proceed directly to boarding area. Each passenger must present a ticket and a valid photo ID to board the vessel. Tickets are nontransferable; If presented for transportation by any person other than the person for whom originally purchased, the ticket will be void and may be confiscated. If a passenger has chosen to receive a Print at Home ticket, it is solely the passenger's responsibility to print the ticket in advance of travel. Each passenger must have a separate travel document and each trip must have a separate travel document. Do not print multiple tickets on one page or on the back of a page.
Departure dates and times are subject to change. SPBE is not responsible for delays & connections caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, breakdowns, equipment failure, accidents, traffic or weather conditions. SPBE shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims responsibility for, any loss, damage, delay, or expense arising as a result of such condition.
Accommodations for elderly or passengers with a disability, seating is on a first come/first served basis and is without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or any other protected characteristic. We recommend making arrangement prior to your arrival.
SPBE encourages passengers to be at their departure gate at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and pay attention to boarding signage at each departure gate.

There is no liability for unchecked baggage such as carry and other personal belonging. Passengers are expected to keep their personnel belongings, especially valuables such as cell phones, tablets, laptops in their possession at all times. SPBE is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
Customers are allowed one Check baggage that should not exceed 50lbs, any other baggage will be fined according to weight and size at the luggage department.
All checked baggage must be claimed promptly with luggage tags upon arrival at designated luggage area.
Liabilities for lost or damaged checked baggage for passengers traveling with SPBE routes are limited to the actual value not to exceed $50 USD. Baggage must be properly identified including name and address.
Luggage may be subjected to search by law enforcers such as police and customs department.
Customers Traveling in Wheeled Mobility Devices
Any traveler who intends to travel in a wheeled mobility device is encouraged to book as far in advance as possible and contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange travel needs.
A service dog, trained for the purpose of accompanying a disabled person, will be permitted to travel with the disabled person at no additional charge.
SMOKING/ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED this includes the use of electronic simulated smoking materials, e cigarettes, and smokeless cigarettes. Passengers are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on board.
Refusal to Transport
SPBE shall have the right refuse transport or shall have the right to remove any passenger from the vessel before departure or at the next available port due to reasons of health and security, conduct that is disorderly, offensive, abusive, illegal, and violent that interferes with the duties of the captain and crew members.
Passengers must have proper travel documents (permits, visa, and passports) to transit between Mexico and Belize, contact nearest immigration office for more information. Travel documents will be checked prior to boarding an international schedule run and travel documents will be required for entry into another country.
Any additional fees imposed by border officials is payable to the respective border management and is NOT affiliated to SPBE ticket Prices. SPBE urges its customers to collect all receipts of payment.
We have the full right to cancel runs if demanded or recommended by local authorities (NEMO) during the approach of a tropical storm, hurricane or other forecasted natural disasters. It is advised to check for weather updates prior to your trip.
Policy may be subject to change or may be discontinued without notice.
*Cancellation within 48 hrs will result in a forfeit of your payment and subjected to no refund whatsoever.

Rescheduling must be done at least 48hrs in advance original travel date for a fee of 25%.
Payment: Private Charters
Full payment is required for a confirmed reservation. Rates, vessel assignment and conditions are subject to change without prior notice until the payment has been received and reservations are confirmed.
Charters between 7.00pm and 5am local time will be fined an additional fee $150 USD.
Regular Water taxi Tickets
Full payment is required for a confirmed reservation.
Tickets purchased online do not qualify for local, events, branding, promo and advertising discounts.
